I lived out in the country and it was a hassle. Everything I had to do outside the house was a half hour / 45 minute drive. I like being able to run to the store real quick if I need something.

It is our place, we pay rent, and her Mom and brother live with us. She wants to eventually try van life once it's just us.

Yup. We love it. It's 5 mobile homes on a nice spread out plot. We've moved 6 times since getting together in2006. This is the best place so far.

hehe No, but the floor is caving in at some places. They are going to fix it.

Same here. My mother in law is disabled and it's her room that is the worst. We are going to try a small piece of plywood across it....

I'm not sure. But it has central air and was recently renovated. It is very nice. Lots of space, nice bathroom. We are very happy.

That's good. Central air is a must have!!!!!! I've lived in so many garbage places with just a crappy wall-unit AC... Usually in the living room, so the bedrooms were a million degrees.

Yup. We had to live with my g/f's step dad for a couple years and all they had was a 500 pound ginormous "window" unit. I used my Obama stimulus money to get a small one for our bedroom!
