Did you know there is no law requiring you to pay federal income tax? Yet if you don't, you will go to jail! The income tax makes everything you earn the government's but they are nice enough to allow you to keep some. It is also one of the pillars of communism.

Well maybe things have changed in 18 years but he explains how it doesn't apply to citizens(including supreme court rulings against the income tax). Making it a law would further prove his point of servitude though and he goes pretty deep into why it is not in compliance with freedom.

I would also like to point out that if that was law of the land, how did people win in court and no longer have to pay income tax?
