AnyDesk software allows outsiders to access computers when permission is given. I have allowed our technician specially when he was hard pressed for time not being able to personally attend to issues with my computer.

Once the job is attended to permission is withdrawn. I have faith in my technician and know he will not meddle with anything else than what is required.

Would you give permission and to whom?

Well there’s a built in feature in Windows called Quick Assist that does the same thing. You give a person an authorization code for permission to remotely control your PC.
