Are banks perfect?

Banks? Perfect?
I mean, do you want a list of what banks up here do wrong? Customer service that either doesn't provide service or over-promises to try to get more business. Usurious fees on just about anything unless you put all your money into one institution. Asshat behaviour like not compensating people who lost money through fraud or breaches (though they usually back off on those once the media or regulators get involved). I mean, just making customer service THE number one priority would be my first fix.
