What are your thoughts about banks being closed on almost every single holiday?

Do you ever find it silly and inconvenient? Why or why not?

The only inconvenience is that if it falls on a monday, money that comes out for bills has to wait an extra day. Other than that, they're people too and deserve days off.

I rarely enter a bank except for things like opening accounts. Don't even use ATMs much anymore. Pay everything with plastic (credit or debit card), use e-transfers and e-payments whenever available. And, as said above:

they're people too and deserve days off.
The main issue we run into in Canada is that banks (along with a few other sectors like rail and airlines) are federally regulated while most businesses are regulated provincially. This sometimes leads to disconnects where the feds might have a holiday when a province doesn't or vice versa. However, most statutory holidays across Canada are the same (Christmas, New Year's, Good Friday, Canada Day) so it is rare. Though one big disconnect that I think still exists is that the feds and federally regulated businesses still get both Good Friday and Easter Monday while provincially regulated employers like mine only get Good Friday.
