Are you ethical and honest?

Are most people ethical and honest in your opinion?

We are all face situations where we have to sacrifice those ethics and values. What would it take for you? If you sacrifice your ethics in a certain situation, does that make you an unethical person?

For the most part. :halo2:

The ones I associate with are, the rest I am uncertain about. :|

We all have the capability to act differently than we normally would in extreme situations, perhaps we might have to break the law or do something unethical to save someone or prevent something dangerous from happening. In those situations it is justified I'd say. :dontknow:

How are you going to ever be elected to Congress acting like that?

One would have to illustrate what they use to define what's ethical and honest as opposed to what isn't? Without that, I can't tell if you are truly honest or ethical by your own standards so I can't say how ethical and dishonest people in general are but judging by the way the world is then I say most look to not be very ethical and honest especially when it deals in matters that don't serve the self to be either honest or ethical in their dealings with other people. Most people only are honest and ethical till it starts to cost them then you will see most turn away from honesty and ethics which makes them people you can't trust with anything.

There is no reason why anyone has to be unethical or dishonest as they choose to be because of fear of the consequences of being honest which in reality are far smaller then the consequences of being a liar. As after all, a man's morals and ethics are only as valuable as the price he is willing to pay to uphold them. I really couldn't say what would cause me to stumble and fall away from ethical and honest behavior till I am there in that moment.

I am ethical for the most part. I think it is really dependent on the situation I am presented with at that time and how been ethical could effect my life or the people I care about.

In terms of what I think about other people, I would say it is pretty equal in society despite it not seeming that way as media typically focuses on those who are not ethical.
