The conversations, if you can call them that, just feel pointless over there. I still browse Twitter (X) but I rarely, if ever, comment. I don't think I post either. I have the single retweet for the year. One of my lecturer's follows me, so I am self-conscious of that.

What I meant was that there are a lot of liberals who have declared Truth Social to be evil and dangerous just because Trump built it. That's not a fair analysis. It's as if I were to say that Bluesky is evil because Jack Dorsey built it and not everyone likes him and not everyone is liberal-minded. The claim that political opponents are evil has gotten worse the past decade and social media has helped to fuel this dysfunction in the US, separating people instead of uniting us as a country. We can have different opinions and still utilize various platforms without saying that it shouldn't be used because the other side uses it.
