Well, I have personally discovered a wide range of ways to do aroma therapy. Flaky and dry skin? Put some eucalyptus and lavender essential oils on affected areas. Before that, I used to spray it in my room. But currently, I’ve been putting it on dry and flaky areas of my skin. Trust me, it works and smells nice.

I try to avoid using candles and other scent products because they sometimes give me raging headaches. I don't know if it's the chemicals or what.

I like good smells but I don't really feel like it has any theraputic properties for me.
