Hypothetical situation:

Your neighbor has a dog that constantly barks.

What will you do about it?

Let it hang out with my dog...they can bark together.

I already have this with my parents dogs they bark at everything even their shadows.

You could TRY talking to that neighbor & CALMLY explaining that the constant, senseless barking is really annoying....is there something "we" can do to cut down on this?
Or, if you feel like getting nasty, turn in a complaint about the neighbor having a nuisance animal. Aren't there some kind of ordinances in most communities about "nuisance animals"?
Best, if you can thought, to try talking with that neighbor & letting them know that you have a problem.

Thankfully where I live I don't have that problem. But I have dealt with it in the past. I didn't know there was such thing as nuisance animal laws. Good to know.

One of my neighbors has a dog but they keep it inside, only let it outside a couple times a day to go potty and it barks the whole time its outside, but thats just for a few minutes then they bring it back in.
