If its yellow let it mellow.... 
I have my own bathroom and I am the only one who uses it so sometimes I wont flush, but the other ones I do flush every time. Don't anyone else to have to see that, its kind of off-putting to look at.

it's just annoying
when I'm in the bathroom, I always spray the area after changing- and yes, I do flush the chain despite the stuff being in my diaper, not the bowl.
it's just to prevent any embarrassment really- and any questions that start.. what were you doing in the bathroom all that time if you didn't actually go?

I have a bad habit of not closing the door (if I am just going to go pee).
To conserve water.
Yes. The only toilet I use is my own anyway.
What if you aren't at home and need to go?
I never leave my home because I am housebound.
