Was asking a member these questions in an interview thread and I thought it would make a good topic. :)

What types of meats do you BBQ?

Got any special techniques?

What types of side dishes are there usually?

If I'm gonna eat anything from the BBQ, I prefer a nice rack of rib. Sides would be some kind of macaroni salad, potato salad, salad, corn (on the cob), veggies, potatoes, fruits. Man, that sounds good.

Pork and chicken mostly I think. With bread and salad as side dishes.

New fossils found in Argentina represent the most complete giant sauropod dinosaur ever discovered.

Scientists say they have 70% of the key bones needed to fully describe the creature, Dreadnoughtus schrani.

It means they can confidently estimate its great bulk - a beast that measured 26m from head to tail and weighed in at almost 60 tonnes.

Remarkably, the skeletal analysis reveals Dreadnoughtus was still growing at the time of its death.

@question 1: Usually I like to barbecue either pork or chicken mostly, along w/hamburgers as well.
@question 2: For chicken, I usually like to marinate them in Italian dressing for a few hours before putting them on the grill...for pork, instead of using commercial marinades, I'll usually marinate them in either orange juice or pineapple juice and I've found that actually works a lot better than the ready-made marinades. For the burgers, often times I'll simply take a bottle of barbecue sauce (usually Carolina mustard sauce) and just mix it in with the burgers as I'm making the hamburger patties out to cook on the grill...
@question 3: For the chicken & pork, usually its' steamed veggies, brown rice, sometimes spaghetti or pasta...for the burgers, I usually fix them w/lots of fried onions and with sides of french fries to go with them.
