but when I do, I really get sick.

Not a lot but covid definitely almost killed me and I had that twice this year

I'm sick a lot, my immune system is compromised, so I can catch practically anything.

I don't remember the last time I got sick. I don't even get colds when they are going around.
Strangely, when I first heard about covid, I thought I'd be the first person to get it, absolutely (no idea why though)

It's also weird that I don't get sick much, especially when you consider I don't really look after myself. (exercise and stuff)

I get sick a few times a year. Mainly with flu bugs or food poisoning from when I eat out.

This time of year I feel like I am in a constant state of getting sick / getting better / getting sick again / getting better again and so on.

Sounds like allergies.

I have pretty good immune system. Last year I didn't get sick at all because I barely leave the house this year I work full-time and I work from the office, and the last time I got sick was a few weeks ago, for about a week or so.
