I met my best friend in Primary School and we've been friends since then. So roughly about.. 18 years. We lost contact a few years back, but have remained in contact on a regular basis since.
I met mine when playing Boogies in English Class.
I met mine in the girls bathroom in high school. I walked in the bathroom and this girl who was known as a bully, was slapping this other girl. I stepped in between the two and shoved the bully so hard, she fell and hit her head on a sink. The other girl just started crying and hugging me. She then told me that nobody liked her and she had no friends. I hugged her back and told her you got a friend for life now. We both laughed and ran out of the bathroom before someone came in and saw the bully laying on the floor. We've been best friends ever since and contact each other as often as we can.
