The point Secretary Reich was making, Serafin, was that we've put our trust in billionaires when the reality is we should be trusting in ourselves, our neighbors, our local communities and the world around us. As much as we admire what Musk and Bezos and other oligarchs have done, they are just as human as we are and in many cases, aren't the smartest lights in the American lighthouse.

I agree. The Billionaires like Gates, who is trying to shove his jabs and bug food down our throats. He is trying to depopulate not save us. George Soros, Klaus Schwab, Zelensky ( who suddenly has American billions) won't save us either. Neither will the Bidens, Obamas, Bushes, Clintons, etc. None of them are going to save us. In fact, the only thing that WILL save us is LESS govt and GOVT getting out of our lives and letting us run our own lives.

If the federal government stops taking my money I’m happy to never take a highway again and never depend on them for anything in the federal government. It drives my wife crazy I never take the highways on our road trips anyways 😂 I will give up every penny of social security and Medicare money they stole from me for them to be gone from my life.

I would have gladly opted out of SS and Medicare if I could have done so early in my career. Then I could have banked and invested my own money. IT's unfair because the Amish around here get to be exempt from all that. Not sure why they should be able to opt out of that and not me.

BTW, SS is NOT an entitlement, it's an Earned Benefit. Some don't seem to understand the difference.

There is also a difference between limited Govt and maximum, govt up your arse and controlling your life. Some also don't understand the difference. I am not "against" some limited government. We need a structure for society. I am against govt feeling entitled to everything we own. And also against govt feeling like they can just hand money to whomever they please including themselves.

You’re just forced under the power of a government gun to participate.

Overnight we could change government forever.

One term of say 5 years for every politician. And they can never work for government or make a profit off of government being advisors because of their held positions for another 5 years.

Flat tax where everyone contributes 10 percent. That means no more irs.
