Hey guys,

The day after Thxgiving, usually referred to as Black Friday, is the day where sales are like

!

How many of you do Black Friday shopping, and what are you looking for in particular?

I will never do this after reading the stories last year of how people were killed during it. That's just insane.

And I hate large crowds enough as it is, it makes me uncomfortable. Large crowds full of crazy people, though, I don't want to do.

You can get great deals on sites like Amazon and Dealnews all throughout the year, as good as they get on Black Friday.

I try not to go out on that day.

I only buy chirstmas presents for my little one anyways. Everyone else gets a card.

I don't bother going out as it's not worth it.

I do know that Wal-mart has made a lot of plans for all their stores after that incident so it's not so crazy as it was in past years. I hope it works as I hate to hear another story about some poor guy getting trampled over saving a few dollars on some probably unnecessary purchase.

^ Oh thank God. I did read that story about that poor guy who opened a wal-mart last year and got trampled to death and I really don't want that to happen to someone again.

I always go out on Black Friday--IF there is a specific thing I'm looking for. Last year I got $5 jeans and $8 hoolies. My son had gone through a growing spurt and had like 2 pair jeans, and 1 hoodie. I go, get there at store's opening, and am home in time for breakfast. It's great.

I haven't seen any sale papers yet, so I don't know if I'm going or not. If I had to say right now, I'd say no--I probably have to work that day.

All the real good stuff was gone by the time we got there. We went to the mall, best buy, toys r us, and wal mart.

They had 100 packs of blank cd's at bustbuy for like $7 so I had to get that.. The lil one got this little mermaid doll / play set for only $10. Those were about the only good things I could find.
