That there was a thing called Tartan Paint. So when you dip a paint brush into the can a start painting a wall, it automatically comes out with a tartan patter. That's what you get for believing my dad. In my defense I was 7 years old at the time
I once dated a guy who told me he was single. One day I got a call from this woman. She asked me who the hell I was and what I was doing with her HUSBAND. I told her that he said he was single. Winds up he was married with two young children. I asked the woman to come over to my house and bring the children with her so we could set her husband up. I can't believe she came. I then called her husband and asked him to come over for lunch. Surprise, surprise when he walked in and saw his wife and children sitting at my dining room table! Ah, revenge never felt so great!

I believed a drug addict stop doing drugs. Stupid me. I guess believing the whole Santa Claus bit from my parents was pretty stupid in retrospect, too.
