I have recently discovered growing cat grass for my two housecats. They love it, and I think it must benefit their digestion; especially for cats that do not get to go outside.
Not really advertising, just sharing: here is a link to the product that I have been buying - - TheCatLadies - - it's also on Amazon.

I remember when I was a kid my cat would eat grass and I always thought it was weird. My mom told me it was good for them, their version of a salad.

Yeah, dogs do that too; and usually go puke a little afterwards. Somewhere I read that this particular cat grass is 'barf proof'. :confused2: So far/so good here.

Probably because it doesn't have an pesticides or anything from the outside world on it. Its just fresh untainted grass.
