Chicago video

This is nothing new and yet, unlike other major cities that've had problems over the past few decades (Detroit anyone?) Chicago is still puttering along....what?
 
I skimmed the video. Its a shame thats the way things are there. Feels similar to where I live too.

One day I might visit Chicago, hope I don't get scammed while I am there :P
