What did you do?

Nothing. I get it sometimes. Really sharp pain in my arm, but usually it is in my hand :/

Doctors don't do a thing say there is nothing they can do, Never even told me what it is other than RSI. Which I don't think it is.

The same thing happens to me sometime. I never saw a doctor for it [yet], though.

Because you get RSI if you do something repetitivly. Whatever this is just comes on, even when I haven't done anything.

Hmm, interesting, because there are some things I do rather repetitively with my arms, too - but when I get a pain like that, it comes on passively, too - I can just be sitting there, and get the sharp pain, either from the palm-wrist junction to the arm-elbow joint, or the other way around. I get it in my upper arms too, sharp right up to the shoulder. It typically doesn't linger long, though...

...geez, now I'm wondering if I need to see a doctor, lol.

Night Evil.

Thats is the same for me Durandal. I used to get it alot when I played guitar, But out of lazyness I haven't been playing recently.

i'm pretty sure that has contributed to my problem - I do a lot of other repetitive things (not necessarily by choice), but once I added the guitar, that's about the threshold of when I started noticing it, now that I think of it...hmm...
