I'm freezing today Boogie! It's cold, dank and pouring rain! Had to go and find my sweater to put on over my shirt. I just got done making a woodstove fire to get the chill out of the house.

Its not to cold here, but I feel a bit of a chill.. My hands are freezing and I feel a little cold, but other than that, I am not to bad. I don't own many jumpers/sweaters, I need to re stock up on my winter clothing for when the winter weather arrives.

Once I get a chill, it's hard for me to get warm again. My hands are freezing like yours are. I stopped in at the second hand shop the other day. They sell new and/or gently used clothing. Half the proceeds (sp?) from sales go to the local animal shelter. I found three brand new sweaters and they only cost $2 each. I also found a gently used winter parka for $4. I love when I find great deals like these! I also bring my never worn or gently used clothing over to the store. It's nice to have a place to bring clothing instead of just throwing it out in the trash bin. Do you have a store like this where you live?

We have charity shops for different charities like Cancer Research, British Heart Foundation and others like that.. I like buying charity shop things, they're so cheap! I used to have fingerless gloves - till my dad wanted them back!

I used to have some jumpers, until they got to small for me. I really need to buy some more jumpers and a few other things for winter.

I hate it when I have to go out and do something when its horrible outside.

I hate that too! Everything gets soaking wet and you can never find a close parking space.

Then when you're coming back from shopping to your parking space, you think its stopped, then you get to the car and the heavens open and you get soaked..

Not funny at the time, but funny afterwards.

That happened to me a few weeks ago. I agree, it wasn't funny at the time but I did laugh afterwards.

Just enjoyed some nice chicken pieces in a creamy mushroom sauce, boiled potatoes and broccoli. It was yummy, now I've just finished a lovely chocolate mousse.

I would of done, but they weren't very big ones. They're in small containers like yogurt pots.
