Will try and do it soon. Hopefully after I've woken up and still have an empty stomach.

Alan gave you great advice. You'll never know if the diet is working if you don't weigh yourself each week.

Yeah but the thing is, I kinda forget at times I'm on a diet o.0

So do I. Sorry Sci. It ain't easy to lose weight but it can be done, but nobody can make you do it, it NEEDS to be YOU wanting to & having the willl power
