but at least nice people about like you to take them to shelters to make sure OK.

It is a shame. They are afraid of the shelters because their belongings could get stolen. Have no choice, however, but to take them. They would freeze to death if we didn't.

Yeah they are better off in shelters as won't live long on the streets
