Horrible feeling last night, looked up my symptoms and looks like i had a panick attack. So scary, thought I was going to die. Never had one before still a little shaken.

Horrible feeling last night, looked up my symptoms and looks like i had a panick attack. So scary, thought I was going to die. Never had one before still a little shaken.

I had a panic attack once several years ago. It was brought on due to all of the stress I was under at the time. It sure is a scary feeling. I just put my head between my legs and breathed in and out very slowly. It didn't last long and I've never had another one. How is your knee feeling today?

Mine lasted an hour! Knee stilll hurts. Got it strapped up.
