Mine lasted an hour! Knee stilll hurts. Got it strapped up.

An hour is a long time but sometimes we get scared and it just makes matters worse. It's very hard to try and calm down when this is happening. I hope it was just a one time thing, like it was with me, and you don't have another one. Did you have your knee looked at or did you just strap it up yourself?

Yea. Was reading that it probably wouldnt have been one long one but several one after the other as your trying to fight it off and panicking more.





As for the knee i have a couple of straps at home for when i get problems. Docs only tell me to rest and give painkillers. I already have strong painkillers, my stepdad gets them on prescription but rarely takes them.

I'm glad you have painkillers but you really shouldn't be taking medication that was prescribed for someone else. Oh well, as long as they are helping you and you're not having any reaction, then I guess that's a good thing!
