I used to be split between a couple sites and one supervisor was kind of hard to deal with. Now I'm only at one site and the hard to deal with supervisor is just a memory.

Cold front came in last night but not without a price. There are still over 5k homes/businesses without power. Gale force winds toppled trees and the trees took down telephone poles, and electric lines. For once, I got lucky. My power actually stayed on!

As I was driving home from work last night, I noticed there were a lot of houses that were dark. Then when I went through town, the gas station was dark too. They are open 27/4 and I knew then power was out. The closer I got to where my house is, I saw a light in one of the houses. I prayed I would have power too. I leave lights on for my animals and to also make it look like I'm home. When I drove up the driveway, my house was all lit up!
