whats the highest tolerance level of pain can you withstand..lets say, tatoo on sensitive areas like stomach or neck area

Only place I wouldn't get done is ribs, my ribs are way to sensitive. I have a high tolerence to pain, Had alot of pain through out my life. Actually like the tattoo pain
