I have the worst sleep schedule, my bed and I don't get along.

I also don't get enough sleep (I don't want to), but PGen is on another level holy shit.

Perks of being somewhat of an insomniac and having a mother that's an early riser.
Have you tried medication or supplements?

Nope, nothing. Even use a CPAP at night, because of apnea, but nothing helps to get me to sleep, nothing helps me stay asleep, I just...don't really sleep much.
 
If it helps, my sleep is a string of naps with intermissions.
Supposedly that's a good way to do things, apparently people like Ben Franklin and Leonardo Da Vinci used polyphasic sleep patterns and it helped them be more alert, productive people.
