Nope, not at all, lol. Only 12:30am here, but I will likely be heading off to do my nightly lying in bed staring at the ceiling hoping I fall asleep routine soon.
Maybe don't? I fall asleep far easier if I'm watching something or simply browsing my phone, instead of actively trying to sleep, if that makes sense.

Yeah, I've tried that, too. I've spent time reading until my eyes were sore, watching movies I've seen 1,000 times to zone out to, posting on forums until I felt tired-ish and then trying to sleep...nothing does it.

What about something like a (long) jog outside? I think you've probably tried that too, but physical exhaustion is a good way to go about it.

Yeah, tried that, too.
Sorry, no idea then. I have a messed up schedule rn and while I prefer it that way, I did have a legitimate sleeping problem quite sometime ago, and sleeping pills often was a big help. I took it for 1-2 months in which I was extremely tired in the mornings (cause they're so strong) and afterwards I got back on track automatically.

Yeah, I've tried those, too, they work for a few days, then...nope.

Hey y'all, what's going on?

Hello everyone. I've been in the hospital for the last 5 days. Actually, 4 days, but the hospital will charge for 5 days. LOL Hope you are all doing well. Thanks for checking in at my forum @Nebulous ... always good to see our members around.

Have a blessed evening.

God bless.
Oh noes...
