Pretty hectic. So many kids around knocking and ringing the doorbell, we have no candy this year and the disturbances are really getting my mother agitated. I've put a sign out, hoping that'll stop people or at least garner a little understanding.

I hope so, but we'll see. I understand, kids are excited, it's Halloween, they should be able to do their thing. It's just impossible with how far down she is now, she would be impossible to keep calm if we kept opening the door all the time.

I wish, we've got her favourite music on, but the doorbell is fairly loud when rung and dogs respond to the knocking or the ringing, so they're also setting her off.
