I had another psychiatric evaluation today, it touched on areas I don't like talking about, so that's been weighing on me a lot. Trying to get into a happier frame of mind
Oh, those are never very nice; even though people have to have them done. sometimes. I do hope you manage to shake it off soon, being in aa low frame of mind after something like that is hard to shake off.Aww, thanks

Yeah, it's not nice having to go over everything and dissect your various meds and life events...anyway, the down turns are a bit normal for me, part of dysthymia, but it's hard to shake the ones that come from things like this.
