I just got off the phone with my sister her partner's grandchild was transported successfully, but she's now having seizures and won't stop. They can't properly evaluate until she does. Each one could be doing more and more damage, so multiple...it's just not looking very good in any respect.

Thank you all, I love you all :grouphug:

Okay that right there? That's why I won't trust a lock by itself. It has to pass my own rigorous testing... and well I hate to say it but If I had a kid? They'd have a subdermal chip until they were old enough to be responsible... just in case.
I know that seems dark and dystopian but the peace of mind would be worth it to me... just because I know I can get absorbed into projects and the like... literally forget to eat, drink, etc. until I reach a state of completeness I can stop at.
also likely to learn lockpicking and stuff as a teenager from me... so there's that too... Probably after one too many times of pulling the locking the parents out bit and having it fail.
anyway I'm sorry for your family's loss @PGen98. Fingers crossed she wakes up soon.

We have the same issue here with my mother who has dementia, we have locks that can't be opened without a key, but you just don't expect a 2 year old to even think about locks, let alone use one and get out of the house unsupervised. It's shocking and tragic all in one.
The idiots still didn't pay me the points for that two hour long survey I did @PGen98
Oh no!!
