What was I doing in 2012? ...
My daughter was still a kid (now she’s an adult).
I was in a new relationship with the same person I’m with today. We didn’t live together until a couple years later.
I was living in a shitty apartment on a busy street corner, but I made it work. The rent was cheap.
Some family members (who have since passed) were still alive.
Etc.
