Welcome back! I’m good, no tricks though. Just from cruising around on my skateboard, I fell off after attempting to ride with my opposite foot in front. Recovering from a foot injury but thankfully there’s no fracture.

Yeah mate, I’m sorry but it’s not funny. I was a serious fitness geek at the time and now I am second guessing myself. Skateboarding brings muscular imbalances in the legs if you don’t ride it both ways. The incident has brought down my self-esteem
