Not even lol. About 10 years ago I broke my left foot, and every now and again there will be a shooting pain directly in the middle of it. Sometimes the weather can be a cause of it.

Ouch! I can totally relate. This happens to me sometimes as well. I broke both of my ankles in the past, but at separate occasions, and I have flare-ups just like this. It’s the worst!

Yeah, best to keep it elevated and do as little as possible. If you have a compress or compression socks, get them on!
