Thank you! I'm feeling better today after this bad migraine. Despite taking paracetamol, it took a long time to go away, but now I'm finally feel okay.

Its' going; had a podiatrist's follow-up last week (TL/DR: the toe matrix looks good; no infection or anything bad) and I got a wound care appointment this week.
