Ever have a skinned knee when you were younger? That is an abrasion and this abrasion is on my eye, specifically on my cornea. Capice?
Sometime's when I ask some people questions they tend to get slightly annoyed at me, but it's probably my fault coz I ask too many questions...
Ahhhh Understood *salutes* So the only solution is to sew some of your eye shut? Surly there's other ways?

Hello Smooth! I wouldn't take that fix Smooth. Come on with medical science the way it is now, I'm sure there's a better fix for you just not where you're located. I would Google until I found a specialist and get another 8th opinion. Hell they do corneal transplants every day and is this not an option? I wouldn't care how far I'd have to travel to find that specialist.

The site is excellent, thanks Jazzy! I found the surgical opthalmologists right away and went through that list and found Doctors specific to this injury and this surgery. I may have to call a couple of them and get a consultation. Dr Gladstone can't do my surgery till the middle of June so I have time to do some more research. Cool! You're a pal, Jazzy!!
