I'm doing good today even though I just found out that I'm not off on Monday. Monday (here in the US) is a federal holiday (4th of July). It's also one of the biggest and busiest holidays for accidents. Lots of people driving drunk and lots of people getting hurt from fireworks. They have called out all available personnel from the hospital. The State Troopers are also putting twice as many partol cars on the roads.

I have Sunday night off but will be on call in case they need me. I was supposed to be off Monday (no on call) but then they realized it was the holiday and we all got stuck having to go in.
