It all started when my laptop froze on me last night. So, I turned it off and then back on again. I tried the system restore and then start windows normally and it kept freezing on me. I doesn't even get onto the desktop screen! Was getting on my nerves!!

I meant a website that you could check out some of the tech isuues that could make your laptop freeze like that. In any case, you were very smart to carry insurance on your laptop!

Just booked my laptop in at PC World to have it looked at. They're coming to pick it up on the 21st.

Hopefully it should be back the following week ( 27th )

I don't know.. It needs to be recovered with a recovery disc. If I knew what I did to break it, I'd of fixed it..
