Nothing interesting this time. We got back just in time. Soon as I put Midnight in his stall, it started pouring! It was a passing shower and then the sun came back out.

Well in 2 days I have lost 9 and a half pounds & Missed the first Race of the season live at Brands hatch because of food poisoning! Wonderful! Still feeling abit grotty but looking forward to the next 2 days away from computers and in a nice spa with mum!

A chicken breast in tomato/basil sauce. Not buying processed crap anymore. No more ready meals.



Just come back from a nice stay in a country pub. Had some pork ribs, and a pork burger last night, but could only eat half before feeling stuffed! This morning had pancakes, but still couldn't eat it all.

Now off out to Redwings Horse Sanctuary few miles from our village. Not been to this one before
