Probably because there was no full moon. People say that nurses, cops and bartenders can always tell when there is a full moon without knowing where in the cycle the moon is just because of the loons they run into.

I can tell you this: in the years I spent bartending, the loons always - without fail - came out on nights with a full moon. Do you see the same in your line of work?

From the police officers I've spoken with and what I've seen I have to agree with you Smooth.
