Coconut water is the naturally occurring liquid inside young, green coconuts. It has 0 fat, 0 cholesterol and is low in calories. The main benefit of coconut water is that it is full of electrolytes to hydrate and replenish you after a workout, a hot day, or a long night of drinking.

Coconut water has more potassium than a banana, and 15 times the amount found in traditional sports drinks. Potassium helps prevent muscle cramping.

I tried coconut water a while back and didnt like it, I guess because the brand I had included pulp and a LOT of it. Was pretty nasty.

Coconut water always has some calming effects on the brain in the midst of a stressful day. I always take coconut water as much as I see it to buy. And I learned that it has so many benefits to the body.

I absolutely love coconut flavour in baking and desserts.
In fact, one of my favourite things to make is a simple coconut cake that tastes amazing.
However, when it comes to liquids, I'm not sure why, but I dislike most of them. I mainly stick to strong coffee, with tea coming in a close second. Aside from plain water (sometimes with a squeeze of lemon) and the occasional glass of wine or a liqueur, I really don't drink anything else. If I try other drinks, I just don't enjoy them, which is exactly why coconut water just doesn't appeal to me at all.
