Shoulda known this crap was proceeded by Gizmodo. They're still sore that Apple went to town on them when they decided to unveil the lost iPhone 4 unit.

Innovation is not inventing new things, it's taking an existing concept and implementing it in a fresh and intuitive way. And the examples in there are pretty poor; snapping windows was present in Windows 7, Rhapsody predates Spotify.

It goes both ways of course, Android and Windows has implemented features from iOS and OS X, iOS and OS X have implemented features from Android and Windows.

Videos like this make me angry, competition and consumer choice is great, there is no one superior device. "Better" is always relative.

Scratching what I said about Android. I'm now considering switching to an iPhone 5S. Why? Games are easily optimized for iDevices, but I want to be neutral when it comes to iOS vs. Android debating.
