I'm using an electric coil burner cook top now. I prefer this to a smooth-top electric which I've used for a short time because I don't have to use great care when using my cast iron skillets; and, the glass top becomes quickly discolored.
Also have used an electric coil-grill combo, Jenn-Air, which I don't see specifically listed here. Very nice, but a PIA to clean.

I used to have an electric oven with a coil hob, and they were good, but it was a very long time ago.
I never had anything like what's shown in the image here.
For most of my life, I have been using a gas cooktop now

Where's the booze?
I've even cooked for a large group over an open fire.
I'm not a fan of induction because I can't tell by holding my hand near the pan how hot the damned thing actually is, but I probably just need more time working on one.
