How do you feel about curved monitors?

I didn't think I would like curved monitors, but they're actually pretty cool.

Never tried one so I really can't give my opinion.

Oh wow, I haven't seen a curved monitor in years! Those were the ones that first came out and when my husband and I got our first computer in 1990, I wanted a flat screen to do my graphics and it was expensive. I haven't seen a curved monitor except when I was at work since then really. They tend to distort things if you're doing graphic arts on them.

I would have to see one in real life to properly judge them, to be honest. They do look pretty cool although I'm not too sure I would want to pay a lot more just for the curved aspect.

If I had the money and the space right now I would buy a curved monitor. I use one at the Microsoft store and wow the experience is insane. In the future I plan on getting one.

I haven't tried one, but I feel like I wouldn't like them as my eyes can be sensitive like that.

I personally never own a curved monitor and norr I'm also interested in getting one that tends to cost far more than a flat. It depends on your needs and what you do really. It's harder to stream with it being long and curved you know than a simple gaming screen that is flat

I've never tried a curved monitor but have seen them in stores. We never opted for one as it just looks different lol Plus as others mentioned, we were concerned with images being distorted. What is the reasoning behind making them curved?

I believe it's supposed to give more of immersive experience and it make it easier for the eyes as it reduces eye strain. I've never tested them side by side so I can't really speak from experience.

Never used one, feel like I'd be annoyed trying to use them in a multi-monitor setup, and I prefer 2 monitors instead of an ultrawide.

I recently acquired a curved monitor for work. I still can't decide if I prefer the flat or curved better.

I know one of my mangers at work has like two 27 inch curved monitors side by side, they are very nice looking.

Try both out for awhile then you can feel what you really after

At first cosmetically I wasn't a fan of the curved panel design but I can tell I'm not getting as fatigued by the end of the day.

I have tried using a curving monitor but I couldn't get into it. It's not that bad but I guess I'm just not used to it. Still, I prefer flat monitors as those are the ones I've been using whole life.

I have a curved monitor and I really don't notice it much in terms of how curved it is. It's really nice and a great display, but the curved aspect is very overhyped that's for sure.

I don't like curved monitors, makes my eyes feel uneasy watching for a long period of time.. Same happens with big monitors >27''..
