I had it too a few months ago. It was not so mild for me. I still can't taste or smell.

I didn’t and I’m a first responder now. I have been around it the whole time. I got very lucky

That’s good to hear. I feel like I was the last one to get it. Are you a paramedic?

I haven't thank god. A few of my coworkers got it and two of them ended up in the hospital. They're doing better now, but one has breathing problems now.

They must have gotten the earlier strain? Seems like the version of covid going around currently is pretty mild.

Not yet I’m in paramedic school right now. I got lucky is probably the most appropriate thing to say and if I did catch it I was asymptomatic cause I never showed symptoms and I got tested a few times.

I haven't had it as far as I know. I mean, at the beginning, wasn't it like 40% were asymptomatic? I've had a couple of illnesses in the last 2 years but always tested negative and yet I wonder if the tests were accurate? I'd love to get an antibody test and the Red Cross was offering it to those who donated blood, but I'm anemic right now so I can't.

As far as I am aware I have not caught it yet, despite working a job in a busy grocery store which has had multiple confirmed cases with other employees and my wife has also had coworkers at her job test positive, but we've managed to avoid getting caught up in those outbreak cases. We're both vaccinated though so even if we do get it I'm hoping we'd be relatively fine.

I am thinking my case of covid was mild because of the fact that I am vaccinated. But who knows?

Same as Triska.

I received three Pfizer vaccine doses and haven't missed a day from work, unlike some of my coworkers who refused the vaccine and prayed to test positive so they wouldn't have to go to work. Some of them have gotten their prayers come true.

Yes, back in mid-July of 2020.

Was sick like a damn dog for about 3-4 days.

I never got it. :)

Where do you think you got it from?
Honestly, I don't know.

All I know is that it was like having influenza but up-to-eleven.
