I fixed these for supper last nite.....pretty darned good! I think that his recipe calls for salt; you sure don't need any extra salt with this. I used baby spinach leaves instead of the basil leaves; and, I have Oaxaca cheese on hand, so I used that instead of Mozzarella which is similar, but I like it better than Mozzarella. Oh yeah, and chopped onions.
I have made these in the past but I will be honest, haven't thought of making them in a while. It is a cheaper way of making pizza for the whole family to enjoy and better tasting then the pre-made ones that you can get as well. I have also made pizza with pitta breads as well, they usually go down a treat.
