Coconuts are packed with various minerals and nutrients. Many people consume them on regular basis. Coconut is really good for your hair as well. Having said that, coconuts are quite easily available in our country. So, do you enjoy eating coconuts?

my OT coconut story! back in early 60s, went on a family road-trip vacation from SE PA to Florida. before I-95 was more than a mile or 2, here and there... mostly local roads. in a green, Ford station wagon... without AC. while in Miami Beach area, we collected several dozen coconuts that had fallen from the trees. next leg of that road trip included a drive across the state to Tampa on The Tamiami TRail. a VERY desolate stretch of road with nothing but swamp on either side. we got a FLAT TIRE and had to unload all those coconuts onto the shoulder so dad could get to the spare.
OH, I have another coconut story. sister went to Hawaii with a friend who had travel miles she HAD to use or lose. she asked what I wanted her to bring me from Hawaii. I jokingly said... a coconut. then came the day when I opened my mailbox and there it was! a coconut! seems souvenir/gift shops there all had bins of coconuts. you picked on our, wrote addresses on one side of the coconut with a sharpie and a message on the other side. then they weighed the coconut and used postage meter to determine cost to mail it to me.
