Only if I know I'm going to get some cold air inside this place. I live next to the freeway, so it's loud enough as it is. The last thing I want to do is make sleeping even more difficult and louder.

Yup, I've definitely got a fan. My next mission is to buy black out curtains.

You're right, it does sound 'ghetto'......but; a really good idea, too, for a noise-baffle.
