Do you have 3 meals a day?

I work out huge I need my fuel.

I believe you can eat what you want but you need to move more rather
than be on line 24/7.
I agree with this! Most of the time, I don't work out, but I can see a huge change in diet when I'm active for a period of time and when I'm not.
 
People don't have to join a gym plenty of things in the home can be used as well
as long walks.

I only joined a gym to tone not lose weight even though I did lose weight.

@Mercedes01 Just use the "Reply" button bottom right on every post or use the "Quote" button to quit more than one post.
 
Gods, i could'nt imagine 3 meals. I have one. Sometimes have late breakfast , maybe have a main meal too, or sometimes not.

I only eat when I am hungry so can have nothing, to 2.
 
I typically skip or miss breakfast do to the fact that I wake up too early in the morning and am in a rush to get to my 7:30am classes. So I find myself eating 2 meals on average - lunch and dinner.
