I am trying to cut down on eating oily food and drink soft drinks. It is better to be health-conscious at present than jeopardize my health.
 
I am trying to avoid foods which are too oily and salty. I also do not have drinks which are too sweet.
 
All kind of drinks especially fizzy drinks and beer. I want to completely stop taking them for my peace of mind.
 
I always eat in moderation. So, no such restrictions for me.
 
I am planning to limit on Sugar as I feel if I can limit that then I can lose weight
 
I don’t think I need to limit any foods or beverages.
My diet is fairly balanced, but I want to improve it by focusing on eating more meals a day with smaller portions. Since I usually have only two meals, I tend to make them larger. Instead of restricting any specific foods or drinks, my goal is to add more meals and reduce portion sizes.
 
Soda drinks.
I might go to the store and get a couple individual 12oz cans of soda once a week.
